WHAT DO I HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING?

When returning or exchanging an item you need to fill in form. Please find the form HERE. Order number is important, so we can verify your order. If the form is filled out, please email it to us woolish@woolish.ee and we can order a courier for you.

All return expenses are covered by the client.

 

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK IN EUROPE?

For returning we have included an extra DPD return sticker with the ordered product. You can use it for returning in any of the DPD parcel locker or pickup point of your choice. Find the closest DPD location HERE.

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK IN BALTICS?

If you received the package by a parcel machine in Baltics, you can use the return code according to the conditions of the service provider.

RETURNING AN ITEM

After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 21 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity

In order to use the 21-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it is permitted to test the goods in a physical store. The exchangeable or returnable item must not be damaged or have any signs of wear, it must be in its original packaging, and all original labels must be attached to the product

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted.

The goods must be sent in the package no later than 21 days after receiving the goods to WOOLISH KNITTING OÜ at Suur-Kaare 35a, Viljandi 71013 Estonia. If the goods are sent via a parcel machine, there is either a return label or an SMS code included, please familiarize yourself with the rules of different service providers.

Once we receive your returned product, the accounting department of Woolish Knitting OÜ will process the refund immediately to the bank account you specified in your withdrawal application, but no later than within 48 days from the date of receiving the product. Please note that any costs associated with the courier service or parcel machine service used to send and return the package will be deducted from the refund amount.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the Buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

 

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Exchange of items is a special case of the right of withdrawal, where the Buyer returns the goods under the same conditions as stated in the "Returning an item" section, but does not want a refund, but instead wants similar goods of the same or greater value instead of the purchased goods. If exchanging goods for higher value goods, the Buyer covers the price difference. As an exception, you do not have to pay extra if you're just getting another size, even if you got the item with a discount. If the replacement item is cheaper than the original one, we unfortunately cannot refund you the price difference.

To exchange goods, a statement of return must be submitted. Please add in the comments which goods you want to exchange for the purchased goods.

If you cannot find a suitable replacement item, you have the right to get 100% refund for the item, if it is clean, not used nor washed.

The exchange of goods is FREE.

The package with the goods must be sent within 14 days of receiving the parcel to the address "WOOLISH KNITTING OÜ, Suur-Kaare 35a, Viljandi 71013 Estonia, +372 55 34 535". If the goods are sent by a parcel locker, please note that it must have either a return label or an SMS code, and please familiarize yourself with the rules of different service providers above.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO GET MY MONEY BACK WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM?

The money will be transferred to your bank account or through the payment method you used immediately but not later than in 30 days since we have accepted the return. The item must be clean and not used, your identity and the original order must be verified. If the item seems to be used or damaged, our manufacturing department will investigate it in 30 days.
