HOW IT WORKS →
1. Send us photos & details
Email us at woolish@woolish.ee with a short description and photos of the damage. If there are holes, include their size and number.
2. Assessment & price
We’ll take a look, confirm if the repair is possible, suggest the best approach, and share the price before you send your knit.
3. Send your knitwear
Once confirmed, you can send your garment to us by parcel machine or hand it to us in Tallinn. Shipping is covered by the customer.
4. Repair & return
We repair your knit with care and send it back to you, ready for many more wears.

Do you only repair Woolish products?
We primarily repair Woolish knitwear. Other wool items can be considered on request.
How much does a repair cost?
Repair prices start from 8€, depending on the size of the damage and complexity. Typical repairs fall between 12€ and 36€
How long does a repair take?
Repair time depends on the season and our workload, usually around 1–6 weeks.
Will the repair be invisible?
Repairs can be invisible or visible, depending on the damage, yarn, and structure of the knit. We always aim for the best possible outcome. Some repairs blend in completely, others remain subtly visible. You’re welcome to ask for an invisible or visible repair, but sometimes an invisible repair isn’t possible. For visible repairs, we can use contrasting yarns.
What if my item can’t be repaired?
We’ll always be honest and let you know if a repair isn’t possible.
